How can we help?

Everything you need to know about Flex Card. Can't find what you're looking for? Check our specific categories below.

Why the name Flex?

Because credit should bend - not break you.

Picture two wallets, facing each other. Or two coins, having a quiet conversation across the front desk.

It’s about give and take - a fair way to borrow, repay, and move on. Flex means freedom.

Flex means choice. Flex means you’re in control, and you only pay for what you owe. That’s it. No tricks, no stress. Just credit that fits you.

What does Pay For What You Owe actually mean?

Most credit cards calculate interest on the full statement balance, even after you have made a partial repayment.

Flex works differently.

With Flex, interest is charged only on your outstanding balance.

For example, if you spend £1,000 and repay £300, interest is applied solely to the remaining £700.

Simple, transparent, and fair - you pay interest only on what you still owe.

Can I get Flex now?

Not just yet, but we’re close.

Flex is now authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we are preparing for a phased launch. This website is a marketing site, intended to introduce how Flex works and what to expect.

Full product details will be shared once you join the waitlist.

We will onboard customers in carefully managed batches to ensure a smooth, secure, and responsible rollout. By joining the waitlist, you will be among the first to be notified when onboarding opens for you.

There is no obligation and no pressure. We are building Flex thoughtfully, and we are pleased to have you with us.

Will joining the waitlist affect my credit score?

No.

Joining the waitlist does not involve a credit check and has no impact on your credit score.

A credit check will only be carried out if, and when, you choose to apply for Flex. Should that happen, we will explain the process clearly and transparently before you proceed.

How is Flex different from other credit cards?

We built Flex because we have experienced this ourselves. We made partial repayments, believing we were doing the right thing, only to face unexpected interest charges.

So we listened, spoke to people like us, and built Flex for real life, because credit should not be one size fits all.

With traditional credit cards, if you spend £1,000, repay £500, and still carry a balance, interest is often charged on the full £1,000 from the day of purchase, not just on what remains. That interest compounds daily until the balance is cleared, meaning you can pay more even when you repay early.

Flex works differently.

You choose how much to repay: 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, the full balance, or a custom amount. We only charge interest on what is left, not on your full statement balance.

Late fees are capped at £5, and Flex is app only, designed for your phone and your lifestyle.

We built Flex to make credit work for people, not systems. No tricks. No compounding traps. Just credit that makes sense.
